Technical Experties Assistance & Cooperation

In order for children to develop a passion for soccer communities need assistance from game experts that help with a robust pipeline of training resources. An authentic expert led approach helps develop enthusiasm & opens up doors of opportunity for disadvantaged children. Our model utilizes soccer to drive the social norm change needed to improve lives for under served children in Africa.

The Soccer Development Training

While the game of soccer has presence in every village across Africa, a lot of work still needs to be done as far as teaching proper fundamentals. We partner with Indiana Soccer, a youth soccer program that has played a huge role in providing training materials for volunteer coaches. We target rural school teachers for training and certification to administer the program. Teachers have an existing relationship with children that we can tap into to advance game development.

Train Volunteer Officials

Every community has high growth potential embed in their cultures. Our philanthropic strategic efforts are laser focussed on unlocking functional these potential in culturally sensitive & acceptable manner. Long term positive impact on under served communities begins with teaching sustainable means of operation. Our goal is not to provide solutions but to train locals strategies necessary to empower them. formulate programs that foster longevity, sustainability, and continuity.

Soccer Gear Assist

Thanks to Indiana Soccer for helping collect tons of soccer gear that we shipped to Zimbabwe. Program participants have benefitted immensely from the collection drive to where we are beginning to see the positive values associated with the initiative. In an environment where resources are limited in nature, the collected gear goes a long way in motivating to play sport. To date we more than 26 rural schools have received soccer gear allowing more than 5000 children to enjoy the game.

Teach Sound Basics

Teaching of sound game fundamentals must be complemented by training officials proper officiating skills. The strategy is for each rural school to have a trained & certified volunteer coach & official to ensure game development & program longevity. Certified volunteers receive officiating tools including an official's shirt, whistle, a soccer ball & rule book. Teaching children sound game fundamentals is a key step towards enabling them to enjoy the game, build world class athletes & instill competitiveness among them. This creates a solid fundamental for building confidence that translates into classroom performance and lifetime skills.

Organized Sports Programs

Grassroots youth sport programs provide a strategic platform to deploy change processes necessary to break the poverty cycle & develop next generation of leadership. Communities must undergo a complete paradigm shift in order to breakdown social barriers & position children for long term prosperity. This strategy feeds into early intervention strategies for behavioral modification process. Our program deploys trophies & medals as a positive reenforcement tool to recognize & reward outstanding performance. Thanks to our friends at Bardach Awards, Indianapolis, we get to recycle, & replate collected trophies, medals & awards from the USA for donation to our program participants in Zimbabwe.

Community League

The primary goal of this program is to create a fun filled environment where children can learn the game, improve their skills & develop a passion for it. An organized program is a perfect platform for kids to practice periodically and compete against each other in games. Once we get children excited about sport, as a community, we become strategically positioned to instill lifetime skills needed to overcome social challenges

Train Local Volunteer Coaches

The pivotal arm of the program is to build capacity by training local volunteer coaches that work with kids on a continous basis to foster program sustainability & longevity. The presence of local staffing coaches creates a comfort zone for children & a sense of trust in the community. Volunteer coaches play the huge role of mentoring kids, the majority whose parents have succumbed to the deadly HIV/AIDS pandemic. We partner with game experts in the US that help us provide training resources for the program.
